ABOUT THE CO-OP
Founded by neighborhood repair volunteers, gardeners, radio operators, artists and people who believed buying a new thing every time an old thing stopped working was a racket.
Members share tools, teach practical skills, trade surplus goods and maintain a small library of service manuals. Membership is one dollar per month, one volunteer hour, or a reasonable explanation involving unemployment.

EXCERPT — FEBRUARY MEETING MINUTES
- Treasurer reported sufficient funds for two replacement oscilloscopes or one trustworthy oscilloscope.
- Kidd’s Radio & Repair offered to inspect donated equipment before public use.
- Members voted 14–3 to stop storing unidentified military surplus beneath the children’s craft table.
- A low electrical hum was reported near the west wall. Building committee found no energized circuit in that section.
- Lost orange cat entered through rear door at 3:47 PM and left before anyone could read the tag.
